JOB OBJECTIVE:
The role of QC includes overseeing and implementing quality control processes to ensure the production of high-quality products or delivery of top-notch services. They collaborate with various departments to establish and maintain quality standards, conduct inspections, and implement corrective actions.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed.
  • Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors.
  • Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports.
  • Enduring that items received from supplier are as per the required specifications.
  • Implementing JIT (Just In Time) manufacturing
  • Locating bottlenecks to reduce delay in production process
  • Coordinate with different divisions to speed up the production process.
  • To upgrade process through ( staff training / new machinery if needed )
  • To organize materials used for production to eliminate any time wastage
  • Coordinating with the Sales Team for better management of deliveries to customers.
  • Making sure that all the documentation related to sales is complete and is attached with all the deliveries.
  • Ensuring that wastages during production are identified, properly recorded and timely disposed-off.
  • To verify that the items replaced are actually required to be replaced and to take the custody of the replaced item.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

  • Executing quality check of raw materials.
  • Inspection of raw materials and rechecking the FG product’s quality check.
  • Achieve high and uniform product quality.
  • Good monitoring skills

QUALIFICATIONS,EXPERIENCE&SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or chemical engineering
  • Proven experience in tissue /plastic  Manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification in quality management
