Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Florist. The ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers and design, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with flower and gift orders
• Provide personalized recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
• Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers, plants, and accessories for their occasions.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently, including arranging delivery and ensuring timely fulfillment.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the floral shop, including arranging displays and restocking inventory as needed.
• Care for and maintain flowers and plants to ensure freshness and quality.
• Keep up-to-date with floral trends, seasonal blooms, and industry innovations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
• Select, arrange, and deliver flowers to meet specified needs.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in floral design or a related field is preferred 
• Strong artistic skills with a keen eye for color, texture, and design.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral arrangement techniques
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
