JOB OBJECTIVE

To involve in  the operations of production refer to production planning that have been agreed by sales coordinator along delivery plan

JOB DESCRIPTION

•  Involve with the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes. Compile information, such as production rates and progress, materials inventories, materials used, and customer requirements;
• Distribute production schedules and work orders after coordinating with sales department;
• Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures;
• Create a full-fledged quality team which should establish company's quality procedures, standards and specifications;
• Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands;
• Revise production schedules when required due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions, collaborating with management, sales and purchase.
• Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate training program for new and existing workers.
• Analysis of existing work flow of production and any recommendations/feedback.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/production or any relevant
• At least 1  year of working experience in fmcg 
• Excellent Production and Processing knowledge
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Monitoring skills
