Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator cum Store In Charge. This role involves managing both sales coordination tasks and overseeing store operations.

Responsibilities:

•  Manage the coordination of sales activities, including processing customer orders, preparing sales documents such as quotations and contracts, and liaising with various departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing them with product information and assistance to facilitate informed purchasing decisions. Resolve any issues or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
•  Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels, collaborate with suppliers to replenish inventory as needed, and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
•  Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring adherence to safety and security protocols, and supervising store staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and analyze sales and inventory reports, identifying trends and performance metrics. Provide regular updates and insights to management to facilitate informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in sales coordination and/or retail management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Flexibility in working hours.
