We are looking for a skilled and responsible Heavy Truck Driver to join our logistics and transportation team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with heavy vehicles and a strong understanding of road safety and transport regulations in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy trucks to transport goods safely and efficiently across various locations in the UAE
- Ensure timely deliveries as per schedule and route plans
- Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure proper functioning and roadworthiness
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and any issues
- Adhere to all road safety laws, traffic regulations, and company transport policies
- Load and unload cargo as required, ensuring items are handled with care
- Report any vehicle malfunctions or delays to the supervisor promptly
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid UAE heavy vehicle driving license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience driving heavy trucks in the UAE
- Good knowledge of UAE roads and transportation routes
- Strong safety awareness and driving discipline
- Basic communication skills (English, Hindi or Arabic is a plus)
- Physically fit and able to manage long hours on the road
