HR Administrator

Are you an organized and people-oriented professional who loves keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a dedicated HR Administrator to handle day-to-day HR operations and support our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update employee records, files, and HR databases.
  • Prepare and process employment contracts, offer letters, and visa documentation.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company HR policies.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and HR communications.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department and management team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (Zoho, Oracle, or similar tools).
