Renowned restaurants in Fujairah are looking for talented individuals 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and improve operational processes.
  • Manage budgets and forecast financial performance.
  • Supervise departments such as kitchen, service, and logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Enforce safety standards and maintain a healthy work environment.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure a high-performing team
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of various departments, including production, logistics, and customer service.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with senior management on strategic goals.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
  • Implement quality assurance programs.
  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent /Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Min 8 -10 yrs. of Experience in Restaurant Field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and conditions.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
