Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor and improve operational processes.
- Manage budgets and forecast financial performance.
- Supervise departments such as kitchen, service, and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Enforce safety standards and maintain a healthy work environment.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure a high-performing team
- Coordinate and supervise the work of various departments, including production, logistics, and customer service.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic goals.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
- Implement quality assurance programs.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent /Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Min 8 -10 yrs. of Experience in Restaurant Field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and conditions.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
