JOB OBJECTIVE

Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Day to day HR related tasks.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Preparation and verification of salaries till encryption and passing to Finance department for salary processing.
  • Perform staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes,administering disciplinary procedures and absence management.
  • To coordinate with Public Relations Department for visa cancellation.
  • Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the personnel, training, or labor relations activities of an organization.
  • Coordinate and arrange labor accommodations and transportation.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll and employee data.
  • Represent the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations;
  • Serve as a link between management and employees.
  • Advise managers on organizational policy matters.
  • Any extra duties assigned by Group HR Manager
  • Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
  • Assist with performance management procedures.
  • Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain calendars of HR management team.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Prepare and submit HRMS report to the management team.
  • Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably within the UAE.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law and payroll practices.
  • Proficiency in ERP and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
