Description :JOB OBJECTIVE
Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Day to day HR related tasks.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Preparation and verification of salaries till encryption and passing to Finance department for salary processing.
- Perform staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes,administering disciplinary procedures and absence management.
- To coordinate with Public Relations Department for visa cancellation.
- Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff.
- Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the personnel, training, or labor relations activities of an organization.
- Coordinate and arrange labor accommodations and transportation.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll and employee data.
- Represent the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations;
- Serve as a link between management and employees.
- Advise managers on organizational policy matters.
- Any extra duties assigned by Group HR Manager
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain calendars of HR management team.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Prepare and submit HRMS report to the management team.
- Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably within the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law and payroll practices.
- Proficiency in ERP and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
