Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced International Food Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing a variety of international cuisines and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences. As an International Food Chef, you will be responsible for designing and preparing a diverse menu that caters to our diverse clientele. We provide food and accommodation as part of the employment package.

Key Responsibilities

• Menu Development: Create and develop a diverse menu featuring dishes from various international cuisines, ensuring high quality and creativity.
• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, maintaining consistency and presentation.
• Ingredient Management: Source, select, and use the freshest ingredients, maintaining inventory and managing waste efficiently.
• Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
• Quality Control: Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring all dishes meet the restaurant's standards.
• Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen.
• Customer Feedback: Engage with customers to gather feedback and make improvements to the menu and service.

Requirements

•  Proven experience as a chef, with a focus on international cuisines. Previous experience in a high-end restaurant or hotel is preferred.
•  Extensive knowledge of various international cooking techniques and ingredients.
•  Strong creativity and a passion for developing unique and diverse dishes.
•  Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
•  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer preferences.
•  Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
