Location: Fujairah
Job Summary:
The Forklift Operator is responsible for operating industrial forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move, load, unload, and stack goods and materials within the warehouse or production area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and transport materials, pallets, and finished goods between storage, production
- Perform routine checks and maintenance on forklifts (e.g., battery levels, fluid levels, tire conditions).
- Keep accurate records of material movements and report inventory discrepancies.
- Assist with general warehouse duties such as packing, labeling, inventory counts, and cleaning.
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed, including proper stacking and securing of loads.
- Collaborate with warehouse, production, and quality teams to meet operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid forklift certification/license required.
- 1+ year of experience operating forklifts or similar equipment in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and understand work orders, instructions, and safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness.
- Good physical condition; ability to lift up to [50] lbs and stand for long periods.
