Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update employee records, files, and HR databases.
- Prepare and process employment contracts, offer letters, and visa documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company HR policies.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and HR communications.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department and management team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and documentation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (Zoho, Oracle, or similar tools).
