Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and support other HR functions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with HR software or ATS (Zoho, Oracle, or similar tools is a plus).
