JOB OBJECTIVE
To sell our products within assigned sales territory by contacting established customer as well as developing new prospects.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Determines annual sales and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and expand our market presence.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and exceptional service.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILL
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales within the non-food FMCG sector especially in tissue and disposable products
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the UAE market and its dynamics.

- Valid UAE driving license.
