Sales Executive

JOB OBJECTIVE

To sell our products within assigned sales territory by contacting established customer as well as developing new prospects.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Determines annual sales and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and expand our market presence.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and exceptional service.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILL

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales within the non-food FMCG sector especially in tissue and disposable products
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UAE market and its dynamics.

  • Valid UAE driving license.
