Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate shutter loom machines
- Monitor loom operations to ensure consistent weaving and high-quality output.
- Make necessary machine adjustments to maintain proper tension, weave patterns, and speed.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to avoid production interruptions.
- Maintain production logs and quality records accurately.
- Ensure that all safety and quality standards are followed throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with maintenance or quality teams in case of machine or material issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 Yrs Of experience in operating looms, especially in paper, textile, or packaging industries, is preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot loom-related issues.
- Attention to detail and a good understanding of material handling.
- Ability to follow safety and quality protocols strictly.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed.
